Game likes to crash

As soon as the first level (Hit the Spot) the game CRASHES and start over as though you were playing the game for the first time, you end up in a perpetual loop, never getting past the intro level.
Too bad. Not a hardware issue, IPhone 6+ 128gig. I expected better from EA Sports.
