King of the Course

I love this game but cannot progress past Level 81 because no matter how many times I complete the level, the game will not allow me to go to next level.
I tried to go through EA Customer Service (or No Service as the case would be) and it is probably the most unusable Customer Service site I have ever experienced. The site looks great but I swear they put blocks in there to intentionally keep you away from the info that will help you.
